We are getting calls from all over the United States asking about the various applications that the Ruff Tough Kennel can be used to transport their dogs for. Greetings,  

I just looked through your info on the new Ruff Tuff Dog Kennels, and they look pretty darn good.  One questions:  have they been tested in cold weather (say -20F) for cracking or shattering when they are banged around? 

We travel about 25 miles one way to our cabin – through sort of mountainous terrain – on snow machine with our dog; he rides on the back of my machine in a wooden box we’ve made (primarily to block the wind).  What I want to do is get him off my machine (he’s a rangy, tough 95 lbs and likes to lean on me) and onto the sled behind me.  What we’ve been lacking is a kennel that will stand up to the pounding it will get in the sled, and a means of suspension to cushion the banging.  I think we can figure out the suspension issue, but so far haven’t bothered because there isn’t a kennel tough enough to last even a couple trips.
